More users, more perspectives

Design solutions are way more than putting down a working verified product. It must match the wishes and needs of those who get in touch with the end product, the clients and the end users. This goes way further than only involving possible problems from the user side, it also focusses on the business side.

“It’s one thing to get an idea. It’s another thing to make it work”

My main focus

My passion is being involved in the key user experiences. This targets not only the end users but also the business from which it’s been assigned. If you really want to make it work, it also must have a great value for the company to adopt the end product. The wishes and needs of both involved parties are needed to be able to carry out an idea and get it working.

UX [noun] /juːˈɛks/ Digital Technology. The perception and response of a person toward design elements of software or digital media while interacting with it.

In order to improve profitability, the current proces and customer satisfaction it is necessary to have insights in the proces of your business. This ‘insight’ is something that is relevant to me, because it’s not only gathering information on the web or via interviews. In the end you can’t design a product that connect without entering the minds of end users.

Empathy [noun] /ˈɛmpəθi/ the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another of either the past or present without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit manner.

A design needs to achieve a solution that should be processed as an enjoyable experience and should have affectional relations with the users. If the users don’t connect with the product, they won’t adopt it. In order to to get this done a fundament is needed, in other words research is necessary to define the problem and get the solution as enjoyable as possible by using user tests.

Enjoyable [adjective] /ɪnˈdʒɔɪ·ə·bəl/ An enjoyable event or experience gives you pleasure
